How Can I Delete My Account?

Please note that only the account owner can request an account deletion.

To delete the existing Friendly Captcha account you need to navigate to Dashboard >> Settings. In the top right corner, under the User, there is a red button with a garbage can. Clicking on it will open the Account Deletion Request in a new window.

This is the only way to cancel your Friendly Captcha subscription! If you want to pause your subscription and use your account later, please contact our support team!

We are always interested in improving our captcha and service. Therefore, a reason must be selected why the account should be deleted. This helps us to further improve our service.

After clicking the button "Request Deletion", a deletion request will be sent to our support team, who will review the request for security reasons and then permanently delete the account.

After the successful deletion you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
