How Can I Change the Owner of my Account?

You can easily change the account owner by yourself. You only need access to the e-mail address of the owner.

Note: If you don't have access to the E-Mail-Address of the owner, please contact the support-team

To start, just log-in with the e-mail-address of the current owner.

Select your desired organization and click on the settings tab.

If the account you would like to promote is not part of the organization yet, please invite him to join your Organization. More on this here.

Click on the drop-down role selector for the account you would like to promote and select Owner.


A pop-up window will open. Please confirm the change here by pressing OK.

Note: There is no further confirmation via E-Mail after the change.
